At Amanda Novias, we strive to ensure your dream dress fits perfectly; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return window for standard-sized items in their original condition. Please note that custom-tailored gowns are final sale and cannot be returned due to their unique personalized nature.

Initiate Your Request

Contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide photos of the item.

Prepare the Package

Carefully pack the dress in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and protective plastic intact to ensure it is not damaged during transit.

Ship the Item

Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of the box and ship the package via a trackable courier service to our quality control center.

Inspection and Refund

Once our team verifies the garment's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
